The Bill & Account Information Service by Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan (“UJS”) is a free service which provides Billing Information, Bill history, Consumption history, Complaint History and Payment history (“Service”) through website/ App to any User (“User”) at the risk of the User

The Service is provided by UJS for information purposes only. UJS makes no representation or warranties regarding the Service.

Site Visit data:

This website records your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes your server's address; the name of the top-level domain from which you access the Internet (for example, .gov, .com, .in, etc.); the type of browser you use; the date and time you access the site; the pages you have accessed and the documents downloaded and the previous Internet address from which you linked directly to the site.

We will not identify users or their browsing activities, except when a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider's logs.

In no circumstances, the information gathered from the Service could be considered conclusive and therefore could not be used as evidence for the purpose of any court case, litigation or any other form of compliant. UJS reserves its right to suspend/terminate the Service at any time at its sole discretion.
